Winona ryder said publicly, filing a statement in Virginia saying she didn’t believe her 56-year-old ex-fiance was a violent person. In the document obtained by Yahoo Entertainment, Ryder says she felt “very safe” with Depp and finds Heard’s allegations of domestic violence “impossible to believe”.

An attorney for Depp tells Yahoo that Ryder’s statement is in response to information requested by Heard.
“To substantiate her abuse hoax against Johnny Depp, Amber Heard filed court documents requesting information on Winona Ryder,” Depp’s attorney said. “Now she has her answer. More answers are coming.”
Heard’s lawyers did not immediately return Yahoo’s request for comment.
After meeting Ryder, the actor said People magazine, “There hasn’t been anything in my 27 years that compares to the feeling I have with Winona.”
